Hey give them a break you ever tried learning chinese language

 

Translation errors are enormous ....

Even when I set it to English (my language is Polish, but here are so many mistakes that tears are falling ...) I have asked several times to do something about the translation, but so far nothing is happening in this direction

 

It must be hard making a multi language Box etc or does a computer translate it but not checked by humans ?

This latest version has killed Mapping HDR 10 mode in Quick Settings / Display / HDR

can set to Auto and VS10 modes ie vs10 for SDR ,but quick settings app basiccly crashes when you set to HDR 10 mode

System was working fine in HDR10 mode last night while still using V1.10
Upgraded to new V1.15 and broken now


Also had zero audio out via RAW after install
Only started working after full Zidoo power restart


Sorted i think
for some reason it turned on some edid thing in advanced settings which threw out all the other settings
ie screen output mode wouldnt change from 1080p , which then was screwing up all the HDR modes

Seems to be all working now ive turned that off

I would also like them to fix the subtitle names that appear in the player's "subtitles" menu. On the left, ther are subtitles names encoded in the mkv file, on the right, there are names that are presented in the player (after hitting subtitle button), there are some wired errors (marked in red).
Yes, I know it's a small thing, but it would be cool to sort it out and add some quality

I'm still getting a three second audio loss whenever I un pause a video. I thought that would be fixed by now.

Also what has changed between 6.1.10 and 6.1.15?

 

I still get a loss of the audio for a couple of seconds when I resume a movie after a pause.

HT4.0 still has a problem with movies using a short name (3 characters or less): not scraped properly. Still a conflict between a date in brackets (the release date) when some numbers are in the title of the movie (for example, 2001: A Space Odyssey (1968)). Impossible to automatically identify the date in brackets for what it is and the rest of the name as a title and nothing else? The scrape could be way more accurate.

The time settings for the jump function is ok now.

It would be nice to be able to disable in the HT4.0 settings the new function to manually sort the movies in the collections and the TV shows. This logo in top right bother me when I open one of my collections and, in my own case, is pointless.

 

Great firmware update on my Z1000 pro going through Denon receiver and Samsung Qled tv actual getting dolby vision through my tv now with this new firmware update.

I just bought it a few weeks ago from Zappiti HDR one se.

 

Updatet my bug overview with FW 6.1.15 but no new green there yet.

Please report if you find items which were fixed and new problems introduced.

I observe instead a strong focus on new features for DV/VS10 and MP6 with Gapless Playback, USB Output and 24-bit PCM.
These are obviously all very welcome but I hope some bugs to get fixed too.

 

I couldn't agree more.

Pity not much has been fixed if anything regarding music playback

For my part no problems with this FW compared to the 2 previous FW (1.03/1.05) with the audio, no matter the sound format, just notice that it is almost instantaneous with 1080p files in general and it takes about 2 seconds with uhd.

mirror had written to me to say that it was solved with this FW and it seems to be the case for me anyway.
