Hello friends. I reset my Z10 via settings> other> factory settings. Then I watched movies for 2-3 hours and turned off the device. When I turned it on the same day. the device did not turn on. I talked to the Zidoo team. I tried with the side of the device reset button and the recovery file , but could not turn on . No lights are lit on the screen. and I guess it doesn't work on usb's. Can anyone help. Thank you.
Not a stupid Question ! Have you checked power is coming from the Transformer to unit ? You Toggled switch at rear ?
Thank you for your interest Yes, the device is receiving energy. The fan is working, the LED’s on the lan are on. but I guess there is not coming power on usb’s
Ah more inf good So no display at all on Zidoo screen Correct ? But do you get anything displayed on your tv screen ? [ Req more inf on your Problem to Diagnose issue ]
un plug from the mains for a few hours first then reconnect . if that fails open z10 up and just check all connections are good and seated ( most are glued so dont come unseated ) Do you here fan power up briefly on power up from rear main switch .

Thank you for your help. I met with zidoo. they asked me to send the motherboard to them. but I couldn't find a video showing how to open the zidoo safe. I tried a bit, but I don't want to damage the safe.
To remove Motherboard Turn unit upside down unscrew 4x feet and remove Then unscrew the screws on underside plate . Then the Black topside vented plate has to be removed / pulled off . then you have access to Motherboard for removal .
