Yes, and with new chipset they come with Android9, YouTube 4K HDR, HDR10+ and with 4K AV1 video decoder who will be very important element in the future of mmc. However, we can expected new versions of z9s like DUNE who improved they version for a similar price.

 

It could be a huge leap forward for Zidoo and us

I read about new support of the OpenGL ( Vulkan) on this chip. And because this improvement , this will be realy incredibly faster chip.

 

Expect a cut down version of the Expensive. “ X “ with REALTEK 1619 chipset to be put in the new Z series media boxes
Could be re - named Z10x , Z9x Would be a slide in and fit in existing cases with not much modification req .

 

I can not believe the price. The Dune can be preordered for round about 270€. Seems to be very cheap in my eyes compared to the Z10.

Okay, the older version can be ordered for around 250€. Seems to be true.

 

We can hope to have an entry level product at the end of 2021 and zidoo has no choice if they want to stay in the game

 

The Dune can be preordered now and i don't think that they take preorders for 2021. So Zidoo has to come this year to stay in the game.

 

The zidoo x will be available this summer or fall (and with covid-19 there may be a delay), if there are cheaper RTD1619 models it will not be until the middle of 2021 in the best case.
