I own a Z9S player with the latest firmware installed. When watching full 1:1 Blu-Ray rips the movie pauses for 1-3 seconds during a movie quite some times. Also, some movies will completely keep hanging; this happens sometimes after 5 minutes and sometimes also only after one hour or so.
It happens with both .m2ts, .ISO and BDMV folder structure rips.

I've just bought a second hand Z9S from a private seller that I believe to be trustworthy however I'm getting the dreaded "Illegal Authorised" error as soon as the box gets internet connectivity.

I've re-imaged from USB and get the same error, also get the same error following an update to the latest firmware.

Is there anything I can do other than email service@zidoo.tv and hope that they will add the MAC to the database? If I can't get it to work I'll be...

I have 5 USB Disk for movies on my PC running Win11 and want to read them on Z9S
The network on PC is open without password and can access C/users or public without problems on Z9S.
Zidoo / fw 2.3.88
But when I try to scrap/see the USB disk via Zidoo, Z9S ask me a User and password .
I have tried many options but no access.
If you check the pics, maybe it will be easier to understand. ( Screenshot with only 2 USB disk connected/same with 5 of course )
