The Z9X provides a list of options for colour setting at different resolutions and refresh rates. The 4K 60 seems to have the full list of the options, e.g. 444:10bit, 422:12bit, 422:10bit, 420:12bit, 420:10bit etc. However, some of them are missing from the list for 4K 30, 1080p. I have a new Zidoo Z30 Pro running the latest firmware (v1.3.05, Android 11).

I have two issues:

  1. I cannot install any APK (official Plex APK, Kodi 20.5, Kodi 21.3). Whether I install from USB or Chrome, I always get "App not installed".
  2. The built-in Networks → Plex client lets me sign into my Plex account and detects my friend's shared Plex server, but when I open it I get "The Plex server is not available. Please log in to another account."...

But with the Zidoo, no SMB shares show up for the UNAS. I do see SMB shares from my various windows machines. But the Zidoo will not show SMB shares from the UNAS. Like, it scans for SMB and only find the windows ones.

So, I ended up connecting via NFS, and it kinda worked. The zidoo loaded a NFS share and added my movies....

My Z9X 8K is on firmware v1.1.47. OTA reports I'm on the latest version, but I'd like to update to the current firmware which is believe is v1.3.05.

Could someone provide the correct upgrade path or the full recovery image as ive read a jump from v1.1.47 to v1.3.05 is not not possible and may need to be done incrementally. Is that correct?

Any further help guidance will be most appreciated.
